Shipping policy
- Shipping Time
We process orders within 24 hours of receiving them, Monday through Friday, except for public holidays. Shipping time within Vietnam is typically 2-5 business days depending on the destination. However, delivery times may be longer for remote areas and during peak periods.
- Shipping Cost
Shipping cost within Vietnam will be calculated based on the weight of the product and the destination. This will be shown during the checkout process, and the total cost will be displayed before the order is confirmed.
- Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our shipping partner's website.
- Delivery Attempts
If our shipping partner is unable to deliver the package on the first attempt, they will make additional attempts on subsequent days. If all attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. If you would like us to resend the package, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
- Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions within Vietnam due to their size, weight, or other factors. We will make every effort to communicate any shipping restrictions to you before you complete your purchase.
